Our delivery times for Christmas 2023:

It’s that time of year again: Christmas is just around the corner.
We send our hörbert parcels with DHL. Small parcels are sent by Deutsche Post as Warenpost or Warenpost International. Taking into account our internal processing times, the following order deadlines apply to orders for which we have already received payment:

Last opportunity to order for timely delivery by 23/12/2023***

Parcels with tracking number and tracking link:

GERMANY: Tuesday, 19.12.
ABROAD: Wednesday, 13.12.

Small consignments (accessories, spare parts):

“Warenpost” GERMANY: Wednesday, 13.12.
“Warenpost” ABROAD: Monday, 11.12.

Please get your orders and therefore your gifts on their way in good time and allow enough buffer for delays in the post.
