To put it clearly: Thanks to ALL MAKERS with their 3D printers, the people behind http://open-diy-projects.com, all other project groups that organize themselves decentrally or through “Maker vs. Virus” at http://makervsvirus.org and so on… This movement is huge, incredibly committed, and it is a privilege to make a difference with these great people!

When do “ordinary people” like us have the opportunity to save real lives?

Thanks to all those involved who tirelessly support this or similar projects. And to clarify: At the beginning, it sounds in the video as if we are the driving force, and the makers with their 3D printers would be working for us. That’s not correct, IT’S THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Still, a nice report that also shows how much – or how little – it takes to help.
