Timed perfectly with the launch of the new internet presence of the hörbert brand, the memory card edition “Ohrenflausen” was created in cooperation with Verlag für Eingemachtes, featuring a repertoire of over seven hours of audio content. The edition contains a selection from eight Ohrenflausen original productions. Across nine playlists, you’ll find music, soundscapes, radio plays and audiobooks for children and their grown-ups.
The contents of the “Ohrenflausen” edition
The audio content is designed for children of various ages between 3 and 12 years. What happens to my sweet bag when it gets blown into the sea? The audiobook “Luana, die Bonbontüte und das Meer” teaches children in an age-appropriate way how important it is to protect our environment. Where do dreams come from? The Duwaddiwaddi-Geschichten from the sandman school are a funny reinterpretation of the classic sandman legend, which alongside answering this question also offers insights into themes like friendship, reliability and tolerance, as well as child-friendly knowledge about different regions of the Earth.
Children who don’t live in a classic traditional family constellation can also identify with the young animal heroes of the KAOS Family. Alongside cheerful songs for when you’re bored from the two Rosepin albums by singer and composer Franziska Dannheim, some content also offers motivation to pursue your own urge to explore and desire to learn something new. Whether it’s the story “Die Uhr”, a fabulous tale that sparks enthusiasm for learning to tell the time, or the Klangdetektive, who investigate the secrets of forest sounds and the happenings at a construction site, thus supporting hearing development.
The repertoire is rounded off with well-known Englischen Lieblingsliedern and three Klangzelten, original compositions made from natural and electronic sounds that act like a protective tent against irregular noise, so that children can fully concentrate on a task they need to tackle (homework) or simply relax in free play.

Voices from the cooperation partners
“I’m really delighted about this lovely and creative collaboration with Verlag für Eingemachtes”, says Sandra Brang from the hörbert editorial team. “hörbert and Ohrenflausen are on the same wavelength with their commitment to good, detailed and mindfully produced audio content for children. We also like that at the Ohrenflausen audio boutique, customers acquire digital ownership of the audio content there, just like with hörbert.”
“We’re pleased that we’ve found a partner in hörbert who implements our values and standards in their products with just as much passion as we do – always with an eye on the families who choose sustainable listening.”, says Tanja Deutsch, publisher of Ohrenflausen. “Furthermore, this collaboration is a great joy both professionally and personally.”
