2019 passes for us with diligent production and participation in the accompanying exhibition at the KITA Leadership Congress in the House of Economy in Stuttgart.

Here comes the Mouse! Because we enjoyed the hustle and amazement of our little guests so much at the first Mouse Day in 2017, we are participating again in 2019 on the Open Day of “Sendung mit der Maus” on October 3rd. There is a morning and an afternoon session, with 10 children and their companions taking part in each. It’s a lot of fun again, and wonderful, lasting impressions come out of it:

Using hörbert with headphones – that was the long-cherished dream of inventor Rainer Brang. But please, without cables! After receiving so many requests for listening with headphones, we at WINZKI came up with something special. “We are developing a Bluetooth module for hörbert: For Bluetooth headphones!”.

This solves all sorts of problems: I am then loud enough for the child in the car and at the family party quiet enough for the people around.

And that’s how it happened: Through the Kickstarter funding campaign successfully conducted in July 2019 and concluded in December 2019, a Bluetooth audio module for hörbert, the wooden MP3 player for children, was created.

This module was designed to allow music streaming with hörbert. So, you are completely free in your choice of medium. Learn more about the module

Excitement in October!
Because we receive a letter from Stiftung Warentest, stating that hörbert has been selected for the children’s music player test and is already being examined. Naturally, we are enormously excited, answer all the testers’ questions, and wait eagerly like a bowstring for the test result. HERE for the review

October 23, 2019, will always be a memorable day for us! Early in the morning, we check the test that is published on that day. We did NOT know beforehand what the test result was and, like everyone else, had to download the test!

HURRA !!! Hörbert is the sole test winner with an overall score of 1.8 – far ahead of all other test candidates. What a fantastic piece of news, which we continue to celebrate extensively for several days thereafter. To the test
