Operate hörbert with batteries?

We often hear the question: Can you also operate Hörbert with rechargeable batteries?
The short and environmentally friendly answer is: Of course YES!

In fact, we even recommend using rechargeable batteries, because for environmental reasons, it’s obvious. Why do we still deliver Hörbert with regular batteries? There are two reasons:

1. Hörbert should arrive ready to play in its new home, as it should bring fun and satisfaction from the first second.
2. We don’t know which rechargeable batteries or chargers our customers have at home, and therefore cannot provide batteries that would require purchasing a suitable charger.

The new development since August 2019 is that we can finally offer →rechargeable batteries and →chargers in our shop. We chose Eneloop batteries because, in our experience, they offer the best price/performance ratio, and several team members have been using them personally for years and swear by them. It took a while to integrate more accessories like Eneloop batteries into our purchase, ordering, and shipping processes, but now we are there and happy that our offer for our customers becomes a bit more “complete”.
