Fortunately, about 10 years ago, he wasn’t satisfied with the common plastic playback devices for children. He kept tinkering, building, programming, and soldering until the first hörbert saw the light of day.

From then on, things got rolling, and Rainer initially took on all the tasks himself – production, development, shipping, sales, marketing, service…
Thanks to the growing enthusiasm for hörbert from you, dear fans, Rainer was gradually able to hire more employees for the numerous areas of responsibility.

He is now “only” an “entrepreneur,” “developer,” “investor,” “managing director,” and “the IT guy.”
The developer spirit in him rejoices over every hour gained to create, work, and tinker. True to the motto “Think big!”
By the way: The biggest difficulty in his work is recognizing anything through all the pixelated secrets.

Rainer’s mission in his role as “entrepreneur” is to run the company WINZKI in the form of self-organization, where the appreciation of people is a top priority.
