We are pleased to announce that hörbert has received the accolade of “Highest Recognition” in the “Audio Systems for Children” sector in the current “Rising Star of the Year” study by the renowned Cologne rating and ranking agency ServiceValue.
Rainer Brang, the inventor of hörbert, shares with enthusiasm: “We are proud of this result, which shows that even during the turbulent past years, we have consistently focused on the highest service and product quality, and our customers are very satisfied with us.”
The study was conducted in cooperation with FOCUS MONEY and was based on an independently initiated population survey via an online access panel, in which 388 providers from 29 industries were examined. It analyzed which industries and providers have particularly stood out in recent months by their offers, services, or growing brand recognition.
If a company’s empirical mean value is lower and thus better than the overall mean value of the respective industry, the company is attributed “High Recognition.” If the individual value is also lower than the mean value of this above-average group, the accolade “Highest Recognition” is awarded.
hörbert and its team were able to impress customers extraordinarily positively in the category “Audio Systems for Children.” With an individual value of 2.77, hörbert achieved the top grade, surpassing the industry mean of 2.84. Thus, hörbert was honored with the accolade “Highest Recognition.”
