Anyone who bought the hörbert with the pre-recorded German memory card is familiar with the original songs by Sternschnuppe, which quickly become a pleasant earworm. At Sternschnuppe, you love to sing along. No more “Duziduzi-Trallala” songs that really get on your nerves during a car ride, but children’s songs that tell stories and are sources of inspiration for the mind’s eye.
Under the name Sternschnuppe, the well-known and likeable artist duo Margit Sarholz and Werner Meier release their musically diverse and lovingly produced children’s songs and musicals, partly in refreshing Bavarian dialect.
The collaboration between Sternschnuppe and hörbert has been around since day one. When it was necessary to find partners to complete the “All-Inclusive-Ready-to-Play-Package,” the Sternschnuppe duo didn’t have to think long. For the supplied memory card in German, they contributed nineteen tracks from seven different albums.
The songs were so well received by our hörbert fans that there are now two different pre-recorded memory cards with Sternschnuppe titles available for purchase: The editions Sternschnuppe “Spring/Summer” and “Autumn/Winter” – almost eight hours of handmade music at its finest in total. Available here in the shop.
Margit Sarholz and Werner Meier believe that children deserve high-quality music. And so do adults, because they are listening too. In the meantime, Sternschnuppe has over 30 own albums – compliments.
