How do I create a service file info?

Select one of the available methods:

If you have previously only processed the memory card with the hörbert software, you will receive the service file in this way:hörbert software (from version 3.x.x) start
hörbert model, insert the card, wait until the card is displayed and then click on “Read card”.
In the software menu, click on “Help” -> Service tools -> Collect data for the service. Select a storage location for the file to be created.
The hörbert software now creates the zip file and saves it in this location.

Only relevant for hörbert with Butterfly firmware:
If you have already edited the memory card in browser set mode via our web user interface:
Connect to hörbert’s WLAN and start the Browser Set Mode via your web browser.
In the menu item “About” – in the mobile view you will find it in the burger menu, in the desktop view click on hörbert’s logo with the little butterfly in the top left corner – you will find a blue button called “Collect diagnostic data”. Click here, download the file and send it to us at service@hoerbert.com stating your ticket number or reply to this email and attach the file.
